Romance has many faces. Obviously makeup can help with being romantic. Makeup is not just for women. There is subtle makeup for men that includes simply using a clear foundation that is more of a moisturizer for men that gives a soft and smooth appearance to the skin. It also helps protect the skin from getting blemishes and locking pores against ingrown facial hair. Romance is more than great lighting, touches and atmosphere.
When working on romance, think memories. Talking about events that happened in a relationship can help build sexual tension and an emotional response that leads to a more fulfilling relationship. Romance is having intimacy between two people. It is more than a couple being intimate in the bedroom or in a sexual mood. To be in a romance means to be able to share a friendship that a woman and man can confide in each other without the feeling of being judged. Romance binds two people spiritually, emotionally and socially.
When two people are in a romance, they are on the same page about many aspects of life. It is okay for them to agree not to agree, but two people who are in a romance also work at respecting the other's opinion. A true romance, grows. It does not stop because there is a moment of silence, but blossoms within silence. That silence is in part during the times when each person is allowed to grow emotionally and during the various changes of maturity each person goes through. Romance is the best of friendships.
